On April 14, 2008 appeared

ABV (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Berufsständischer Versorgungseinrichtungen e. V.), represented by its President, Dr. Ulrich Kirchoff, and its Vice-president, Mr. Karl-August Beck,

ADEPP (Associazione degli Enti di Previdenza Privati), represented by its President avv. Maurizio de Tilla,

C.N.A.V.P.L. (Caisse Nationale d´Assurance Vieillesse des Professions Libérales), represented by its President Me. Gérard Verdun,

C.N.B.F. (Caisse Nationale des Barreaux Français), represented by its President, Me Gloria Szpiega.

The appearers, present or represented founding members as listed above, have requested me to issue the present Articles of Association of an international non-profit making association, and declare to found this association together, according to the Belgian Law of June 27, 1921 on non-profit making associations, the non-profit making international associations and the foundations.
